A long time ago I told my husband I want 2 days off, my birthday and Mother's Day. So today is my day off. For lunch I got to have some yummy boiled crawfish.

Mmmmm boiled crawfish. I need to take hubby on a trip to Louisiana to let him taste the culinary wonders of the deep south. :)
